Had a lovely clean room, but the noise from the street was pretty relentless at night. Still, breakfast was a highlight served with a smile, sweet as!

There's bad smell in some areas.

Make sure to get queen room with the value for money.

The odd room shape makes navigating a challenge!!! The noise from nearby bars during early mornings is disruptive!!! More mirrors in the rooms would enhance convenience!!! The lack of extra pillows could use improved attention!!!

Booked a room with particularly good views, and the staff were super friendly and wonderfully friendly people at all times. The location was great in a central area, right by shuttle bus transport and the centre of the old town and opposite tapas alley

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay on both nights of our stay. The staff and people generally were accommodating. The property was right in the heart of the city. The restaurant was GOOD with excellent meals. We loved being here.

Street noise was incessant! While the room felt cramped for two.

Rooms and ensuites are small. Kitchen woman was rude . Rest of staff ok . Very thin walls in rooms.

Just a solid selection for a city escape in Benidorm with really good value. The staff were friendly and helpful . Make sure to ask for extra pillows since there's only one per person.

No fridge in a hot room made our stay uncomfortable. The rooftop terrace was a delight.

Had a fantastic group vacation! The location is perfect, close to Tio Ximo Cove and Mal Pas Beach. The hotel offers great amenities, including a lovely roof terrace. We loved the breakfast, with a variety of options and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in.

One downside was dealing with poor customer service.

The rooftop terrace was a total gem, serving up cheap cocktails and banging music. I loved how the breakfast was cooked to order, with some solid local options that really hit the spot. Plus, the staff were spot on, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for nearby eats!

If I had to be picky, I would've loved a room with sea views, that's a classic Benidorm postcard moment! The room was fine, but I think waking up to ocean vibes would've was nice.
